Chaitra Rai is an Indian TV actress who was born on 29 March 1990 in Coorg, Karnataka to Mr. BD Vasu Rai and Mrs Gulabi Rai. She also has one younger brother. Chaitra Rai mainly works in the Telugu and Kannada film industries. She completed her graduation in BHM (Bachelor of Hotel Management) and since then working in the Indian film Industry. 

Chaitra Rai Career:

She started her acting career in the Kannada TV industry with the serial Kusumanjali in 2009. After that, there is no back for her, she acted in many serials like Bombeyatavayya in 2010-11, then in Radha Kalyana in 2011-15, Gejje Pooje from 2011-12, Bannada Buguri from 2-12-13, Pournami in 2012-13, and Yuggadi. 

After working in many Television series, she made her acting debut in the Kannada film Industry, with the Jamboo Savari movie in 2014. Also, she did her debut in the Telugu Television industry with the Astha Chamma Serial in 2017. 

Since then, she acted in various serials like Ala Modalaindi in 2014-15, Atto Attamma Kuthro from 2015-16, That is Mahalakshmi from 2017-18, Okariki Okaru from 2017-18, Manasuna Manasai in 2018-19), and Attarintlo Akka Chellelu.

Chaitra Rai Personal life-

She got married to her long-time boyfriend Mr Prasanna Shetty who is an Engineer, in 2016 and the couple was blessed with a baby girl in 2021 named Nishka Shetty. Chaitra will be next seen in the Radhaku Neevera Pranam serial along with Nirupam Paritala and Gomathi Priya.
