
The Kashmir File s director Vivek Agnihotri became a successful director and delivered a blockbuster movie to the country. The movie is based on the 1990s emigration of Kashmiri Hindus from Indian-administered Kashmir and becomes the 5th highest-grossing Indian movie of the year. This movie was made with a budget of 20 crores and grossed over 344.2 crores since after release.
And just six months after releasing the movie, Agnihotri and his wife Pallavi bought a new house in Mumbai Posh area. The Kashmir Files director Vivek Agnihotri has bought a luxurious apartment of worth Rs 17.9 Crore in Mumbai on the building’s 30th floor.

As per the latest reports of E Times, the director has bought this luxurious apartment on the 30th floor of Versova’s Parthenon Towers, which has developed by Ecstasy Realty. The new apartment spreads over 3,258 square feet of area and has three car parking slots. This is the same building in which Amitabh Bachchan purchased a 12,000 square ft new apartment on the 31st floor.
However, the property was registered on 27th September 2022 and a stamp duty of Rs. 1.07 crores were paid by Agnihotri. The value of this apartment is approximately 55,000 per square ft and as per 99 acres, the tower provides all the modern basic amenities like Gymnasium, swimming pool, and a library.
On the work front, the last release of Vivek Agnihotri was Kashmir Files and now the director is currently working on the Delhi files, it is a series based on the 1984 riots and he is planning to release them before 15th August 2023.
