The Veteran actor Vikram Gokhale, who was a 77-year-old man, was hospitalized for over 15 days, and he passed away today in the hospital. He was suffering from multiple organ failure and he was just survived by his wife and two daughters. However, the hospital staff says that the actor was showing some signs of improvement but later on the health condition get worst.
His mortal will be kept at Balgandharva Rangmandir for his fans, friends, and family to pay the last tribute and the funeral will be done today evening.
Vikram Gokhale has created his name through his brilliant performances in the movies like Hum Dil de Chuke Sanam in 1999, as Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s father role in the movie and also in Hey Ram, Tum Bin, Bhool Bhulaiyaa, Hichki, and also in the Mission Mangal movie, some of the lists. And his last movie was Nikamma in 2022.
Furthermore, the actor once shared during an interview with ETimes, how Amitabh Bachchan helped him in the initial days of his career. As he was going through financial instability and looking for a rented home in Mumbai. When Amitabh sir got to know about this, he personally wrote a letter to the CM during 1995-99 and then he got a house from the government because of a recommendation. And even he has that letter framed in his house and both are good friends for the last 55 years.
