There is no other hero in India who is as busy as pan-Indian hero Prabhas. The ‘Baahubali’ hero has multiple projects in his hand right now and is shuffling between the sets. As we know, he is going to take us on a romantic ride with ‘Radhe Shyam’ on 14th January. Pooja Hegde is the heroine in this period romantic drama set in Europe. Directed by Radha Krishna Kumar, this film has been in the making for a long time.
Apart from this film, he is working on an action film titled ‘Salaar’ under the direction of Prasanth Neel. Shruti Hassan is the heroine while Jagapathi Babu plays a key role. This is being made on a grand scale. Also, Prabhas is playing the lead in the gigantic mythological film ‘Adipurush’ and it is being directed by Om Raut. Kriti Sanon is the heroine while Saif will be seen as the villain. After this, Prabhas’ 24th film is going to be a science fiction film based on the time travelling concept. Nag Ashwin is the director for this massive project while Deepika Padukone is the female lead. Legendary Amitabh Bachchan is playing a crucial role in this film and the shooting kick-started recently.
While these are the projects that were officially announced, grapevine suggests that Prabhas will do his landmark 25th film under Dil Raju’s production. The star hero worked in Raju’s production two times before. While ‘Munna’ was a failure, ‘Mr Perfect’ ended up being a good hit. Apparently, Prabhas’ 25th film is going to be a period drama too and reports suggest that ‘Vrundavana’ is a title that has been registered for the film. Insiders say that this prestigious project is going to start in 2024. The director of this project is yet to be decided.
Prabhas made his debut with ‘Eeshwar’ and went onto score hits like ‘Varsham’, ‘Chatrapathi’, ‘Darling’, ‘Mr Perfect’, ‘Mirchi’ and others. ‘Baahubali’ franchise made him into a huge pan-Indian hero and his last outing ‘Saaho’ ended up as an average action entertainer. Currently, he is going through an important phase in his career and we need to see how big of a star he becomes in the coming days.
