Telangana Teaching Government Doctors Association (TTGDA) also called for the brothers on Monday to highlight their demands regarding their paychecks and incentives.

Dr. Jalagam Tirupathi Rao, the state General Secretary of the Telangana Government Doctors Association has said that ‘the announcement about evening OPS comes at a time when we have already been planning a protest.

The members of the Telangana Teaching Government Doctors Association have demanded to take the order back as their doctors are already attending to patients in the morning hours. The new circular would add to existing problems and workload on the doctor and make them overwhelming.

This would prevent many doctors from doing their research, studying, and having quality time in the evening. The doctor has highlighted that we are just protesting raising our issues and do not want to lock horns with the government.

The doctors have also highlighted that general transfers have not been granted for about 4 years and this makes the situation extremely difficult for women doctors who have been requesting transfers.

They have also highlighted that they are not being given enough leaves, allowances and incentives have been pending over the years due to which they are losing out on a lot of money.
