Surya Kumar, who made his first-class cricket debut against Delhi in the 2010-11 Ranji season. And then he got a contract from IPL to play for Mumbai Indians. And after playing many times he was picked up by KKR, Kolkata Knight Riders in 2013, after playing there for a year he was again assigned by the MI in 2014.
While Devisha Shetty was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra on 17th November 1993. However, as the reports said, she belongs to an upper-middle-class South Indian family. She is a dance coach by profession. Previously she worked as a volunteer in the Lighthouse Project, an NGO. Apart from dancing, she loves cooking, baking, and swimming. She has completed MBA in commerce. And now she is the wife of the Indian cricketer Surya Kumar Yadav.
How did the couple meet the first time?
So, the story starts from here, Devika has completed her graduation from RA Podar college of commerce & Economics. And in 2012 Surya Kumar and Devisha met for the very first time at the same college. She was impressed by Surya’s batting and he immediately got attracted and impressed by Devisha’s dancing skills. They both won each other’s hearts for the very first time. Surya Kumar had hit a sixer at that time and won her heart.
And since that day the couple started dating each other and then finally decided to marry. The duo got engaged on 29th May 2016 and tied the knot in July of the same year 2016. At their engagement ceremony, Devisha wore a pink and yellow colored dress, and Surya wore an ivory colored sherwani.
At the time of marriage, they tied the knot by following all the South Indian rituals, and she wore the perfect South Indian saree, the pink-colored Kanjeevaram saree. Whereas, Surya wore a white colored kurta with a golden dhoti.
After their marriage, the couple is currently living a happy wedding life, and their life has changed. They enjoyed each other’s company and have been living every moment of their lies with their pets. Devisha has a good number of followers on her Instagram about 100K and she is an animal lover.
