Sree Leela’s mother Swarna Latha is a Gynecologist based in Bangalore. Her mother was married to an industrialist Surapaneni Subhakar Rao and Leela was born to this couple. Sadly this couple was separated and Leela was born to her mother after their separation.
Sree Leela’s mother’s name is Swarna Latha and she has two elder brothers named Sree Kar and Sree Deep.

Sree Leela made her first debut in acting in the film ‘Kiss’ which was released in the year 2019. For this film, Sree Leela won SIIMA Awards for best female debut in Kannada.
Later on in her career, she has also done some successful films like ‘Bharaate’ in 2019 ‘Pelli SandaD’ in 2021, and ‘By Two Love’ in the year 2022.
Shree Leela is also a trained Bharatanatyam dancer. Shri Leela’s ambition is to become a doctor and she is in her final year of MBBS as of 2021. In February of the year 2022, Sree Leela adopted two disabled children.
Director AP Arjun came across Sree Leela’s pictures which were taken by a cinematographer named Bhuvan Gowda on social media. He liked her pictures and he cast her in his directorial film kiss which was released in 2017.
She started her shooting for the debut film Kiss while she was in the first year of her Pre University course. ‘Kiss’ was released in 2019 and it was a success at the box office. A reviewer of The New Indian Express stated that Leela looks stylish and garners equal attention. Soon after the movie, Kiss, a month later her second film Bharat was released.
In the year 2020, Leela was cast in a romantic musical film named Pelli SandaD making her debut in Telugu cinema. The film has received some negative reviews but the Sree Leela’s role has received appreciation from the critics.
In the year 2022, she was there in the Kannada romantic comedy ‘By Two Love’. Sunaina Suresh from Times of India stated that Sree Leela steals the show with the role that offers her to be more than just eye candy in a film and she especially shines in the emotional scenes.
Post the success of Pelli SandaD, Sree Leela has received multiple offers in the Telugu industry. Share started helping Ravi Teja starrer ‘Dhamaka’. She has also been cast in ‘Anaganaga O Raju’ opposite Naveen Polishetty and in Vakkantham Vamsi directorial alongside Nithin.
