Sarkaru Vaari Paata Mints 75Crores on Day 1 Sets New Record in Tollywood
Superstar Mahesh Babu starrer Sarkaru Vaari Paata Which was released yesterday is creating new records in South Cinema Industry. The movie opened up with Massive numbers from USA premiers itself.
As per the latest reports, The movie has grossed over 75 crores on its opening day which is the record for a straight Telugu film and one has to keep in mind Sarkaru Vaari Paata is not a Pan India Movie or event the movie is not dubbed in Any of the other languages. Considering all factors these are huge.
Sarkaru Vaari Paata is listed in the second position in the list of highest grossers only after Rajamouli’s RRR movie.
When we look at the area-wise break up the movie has Collected 12+ crores Nizam Region itself. While Andhra & Ceded recorded 22+ Crores while USA region has bagged 9.25 crores. Official reports are yet to come out however the production team has released a special poster revealing the collections on opening day.
Amid mixed talk from opening, let’s wait and see if the movie goes with the same flow over the weekend or not. Can Mahesh babu pull the audience to theatres?
