Sandeep Nadimpalli’s full name is Satyanarayana Raju Nadimpalli who was born on 24th August 1997 in Amalapuram, East Godavari district, AP. But in 2004, Sandeep and his family moved to Hyderabad. Sandeep’s father’s name is N. Srinivas Raju who is a businessman and a builder. His mother’s name is Ramani and has one brother named Pradeep.
Sandeep has so much interested in bikes, motorcycles, and motorcycle racing since his childhood. At the time he was a kid, and he didn’t know about professional racing, but he used to ride at speed and perform stunts on bikes like Hero Honda Passion Plus, TVS Scooty, Splendor, etc. But then when he reached his intermediate, he started watching YouTube videos of racing and practicing it on his Honda CBR 250R.
Sandeep did his entire schooling in Hyderabad. He joined Malla Reddy Engineering College for Btech in Computer Science and passed out from his Btech batch in 2019.
His professional racing career-
Sandeep started his racing career in 2016 in his first year of engineering, he learned about the Bajaj Pulsar Festival of Speed (FOS) event and wanted to participate in it. So, Sandeep borrowed his friend’s bike and participated in the event at Chicane Circuit, Leonia, Secunderabad. He also participated in the Pulsar Festival of Speed Season 1 but he did not have any track experience. But still, he won the race without having any prior experience on 28 February 2016 and won the trophy of 1st position Pulsar RS200 Category, Hyderabad. and since then, he calls himself Sandeep Varma.
Unfortunately, he missed the Finale because he met with a major accident and he took almost 6 months to completely recover. Sandeep got a knee injury in his left knee and both of his thumbs got fractured. And as a result, Sandeep missed participating in the FOS finale.
Then he made the second attempt after complete recovery for the Pulsar Festival of Speed Season 2 and he made it to the grand finale in 2017, Hyderabad. but he got disqualified for blocking the other rides. Then he decided to participate in season 3, this time he wanted to win this season. And in season 3, he won the trophy and a cash prize of Rs. 50,000. He then becomes a professional rider and also the first person to win a national championship from Andhra and Telangana.
Sandeep Varma won many motorcycle races since he started his national racing career in 2017. Since 2016, he has been trained by Emmanuel Jebaraj, who is a seven times national champion.
Awards and Achievements-
- In 2017, he won the Honda One National championship.
- In 2018, he was also the runner-up of the KTM Orange Cup for the second time. And also won the Auto Track Award.
- In 2018, he won the FMSCI award and the MRF trophy.
- In 2019, Sandeep won the national championship in Prostock 300-400cc.
- He participated in the FGRS racing competition and won four races.
- Sandeep has also won the title of Bajaj FOS Overall Indian Champion.
- Within just 4 years of his journey from 2016 to 2020, he won 6 national titles in Professional Motorcycle Circuit Racing.
Drag racing & fastest timing-
In 2021, he made the record of the fastest riding time of 9.52 seconds and did the valley run with BMW S 1000 RR 2020 edition motorcycle. Sandeep also made the record of the fastest timings at Kari Motor Speedway and Madras Motor Race Track. In May 2021, he finally won the 45 trophies in motorcycle racing in the top 3 positions.
