Celebrity Fashion: Regina Cassandra has recently taken to Instagram and has shared some of her gorgeous pictures wearing a purple Banarasi silk saree that has stolen everyone’s heart. The actress is currently modeling for Mavuri Silk’s exclusive handloom collection and is familiarizing us with various kinds of sarees indigenous to Indian culture.
She has been sharing pictures of various varieties of sarees regularly with her fans. For one of the latest photoshoots, Regina Cassandra has shared pictures wearing a purple Banarasi saree that can stand as a styling inspiration for saree lovers.
The Purple Banarasi saree is showcased with Jaals in Golden print depicting floral Vines elaborately on its body. The pallu of the saree is depicted with similar floral motifs to the body but it also included embroidery detailing on it.
Moreover, the hemline of the saree is crafted in Kadwa with Meenakari work making it perfectly suitable for festive weddings. To complement the royal Banarasi saree, Regina Cassandra has opted to wear a mid-length sleeve blouse of the same color and fabric similar to the saree. The blouse is simple and plain devoid of any prince or embellishments countering the heaviness and the saree with the plainness in it.
Regina Cassandra has opted for minimal golden Jewelry as the saree itself does most of the work. Her choice of accessories included a pair of antique gold earrings, a stone-studded neckpiece, and a bangle from Kalyan Jewelers.
For the hairstyle, Regina Cassandra has opted for a low-tie bun with a middle partition to obtain a sleek and neat look. She has rounded up the look with winged eyeliner and shimmery eyeshadow, blushed cheeks, highlighter, and pink lips.
