Rali Vagu is a tributary of the Godavari River. The origin of the Rali Vagu is near Kurreghad village, Kasipet Mandal, Mancherial District, Telangana State, India.

The length of the Rali Vagu is around 30 km. Rali Vagu flows through the Mancherial district in Telangana. The outflow of Rali Vagu is into the Godavari River. The Rali Vagu starts at the Kurregha and ends at the Mancherial district.

Ralivagu Project is a Medium Irrigation Project across Ralivagu, a tributary of the Godavari River at a distance of 2 Km North-East of Mulkalla Village and 10 Km from Mancherial Railway station. The Rali Vagu stream flows on hilly and steep ground in the forest area. The catchment area of the stream is 50.74 Sq Miles. The Rali Vagureservoir capacity is 11.57 Mcum and it has two main canals to irrigate an ayacut of 3280 acres.
