Nayanthara Regal Look in designer red saree for her wedding!
Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan were in a relationship for seven long years. The celebrities tied a knot on June 9th, 2022 in Mahabalipuram in the presence of their close family members and friends.
On her wedding day, Nayanthara was spotted wearing a bright red saree designed by Monika Shah of Jade. The saree was designed beautifully to signify the Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan traditional roots. Nayanthara has chosen to wear the saree on a bright red lehenga.
Monica Shah and Karishma Swali have worked as designers to create the gorgeous brainstorming saree. The saree had a contemporary modern look yet to the traditional roots. Nayanthara had always wanted to wear a modern saree with a traditional touch attached to it.
Nayanthara has worn an embroidered saree on an embroidery lehenga. The designers have added length to the pallu to represent it as a veil and it took the look to the next level. Nayanthara has matched the outfit with a red embroidery blouse. The blouse has a closed neck and full hand sleeves. The heavy embroidery on the saree and the veil gave a royal look to the outfit.
The saree has been personalized signifying the fourth vow of marriage. The actors’ names have been symbolized on the outfit resembling commitment and mutual respect. The designers had added goddess Lakshmi motifs on the arms of the blouse representing prosperity and luck.
For the bridal outfit, Nayanthara had heavily accessorized to grace a royal look. The main attraction of the accessories part is her multi-layered long Haar. It was full of pearls, emeralds, and beads.
The accessories were embedded with green emeralds to compliment the red color saree. She had worn a green emerald-embedded choker and a necklace with huge green color beads. She has added matching green emerald embedded maang tikka and studs to match the accessories.
Nayanthara has tied her hair in a high bun and decorated it with gajra giving an elegant and traditional touch to the outfit.
For the makeup part, she had Kohl rimmed eyes with shimmery eyeshadow, blushed cheeks, and red lips.
