Now again, there is a buzz around that, Mukesh Ambani has gifted a multi-storey building worth of Rs, 1500 crore to his most trusted employee of Reliance Industries, Manoj Modi.
Manoj Modi is said to be the right arm or hand of Ambani, he has played an important role in securing the multi-billion deals in the reliance industries. As an appreciation of this, Ambani just gifted him a 22-storey- building in Mumbai’s Nepean Sea Road Area.
The property that was gifted to Manoj named Vrindavan, and was designed by Talati and Partners LLP and has all the furniture from Italy. The building has acquired an area of 1.7 lahks sq. feet, as each floor occupies an area of 8000 square feet. Modi is currently holding the position of Director at Reliance Retail and Reliance Jio and owns large-scale projects such as the Hazira petrochemical complex, the first telecom business, the Jamnagar refinery, Reliance Retail, and the 4G rollout.
Nepean Sea Road is a posh society in South Mumbai, with high world-class amenities and robust social infrastructure. Ambani’s most precious gift to Modi underscores his gratitude for his loyal employee’s contributions to Reliance Industries.
