Man Arrested For Giving Death Threat To Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal
Bollywood: Recently an unknown man sent death threats to Vicky Kaushal and his wife Katrina Kaif on Instagram. Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal filed a complaint at the Santacruz police station in Mumbai against the man for sending the death threats.
In the police interrogation, the man was identified as Manvinder Singh, a struggling actor who is Katrina Kaif fan. It was reported that he wanted to marry the actress and often posted superimposed videos and morphed pictures of the actress with him on the photo-sharing platform.
Things got serious when Manvinder Singh started allegedly stalking and harassing Katrina Kaif on social media over the past few months. When the actors raised a complaint against Manvinder Singh, his lawyer Sherkhane denied all the allegations that they are baseless.
The lawyer pleaded that his client is a struggling actor and false implications are being made on him making him a scapegoat. He has further mentioned that both of the people are from the same industry and both of them are acquainted since 2019. But now suddenly these allegations are being imposed on Manvinder Singh.
On Tuesday, this week Manvendra Singh was produced at a Bandra court and was sent to police custody until July 28.
