The well famous director Mani Ratnam and famous actor Kamal Haasan have teamed up for the movie Nayakan or Nayakudu in Telugu, which is based on one of the greatest Indian movies ever. Previously, there were some attempts to bring them all together but they did not materialize and now 35 years later, they again teamed up, collaborating.
The actor Kamal Haasan has achieved millions of heights with his successful movie Vikram and Mani Ratnam also achieved big success with the biggest blockbuster movie PS1, Ponniyin Selvan. So now both successful director and actor have officially announced their new collaboration.
Kamal Haasan has shared a post on his Twitter account announcing their new movie, with the caption here we go again with the movie KH234, the next phase of our journey. Actor Kamal Haasan is currently shooting the movie Indian 2, which is being directed by Shankar. He will be starting shortly the Mani Ratnam movie. The movie is expected to hit the theatres in 2024, have not finalized the dates yet. However, Udayanidhi Stalin, Kamal Haasan, and Mani Ratnam will jointly produce the film.
