Influence of Bhagavad Gita on Albert Einstein

Bhagavad Gita, the sacred holy book of Hinduism is a great inspiration to the entire world and Einstein is also a part of it. Albert Einstein in an interview said that he read Bhagavad Gita on how God created the universe. He said that one can gain wisdom by going through it and can form a simple way to connect science and Bhagwat Geeta.

Bhagavad Gita mentions the presence of 8 constitutions in the universe. After several years Albert Einstein spoke the same facts with science. According to the Bhagavad Gita, the eight constitutions are earth, water, fire, air, ether, mind, intellect, and ego.

The first law of thermodynamics

The first law of thermodynamics states that the energy existing on the earth can neither be created nor be destroyed but can be converted from one form to another.

According to the Hindu scripts, it was mentioned several years earlier that energy is present in the everlasting form on the earth that can be changed from one form to another form but cannot be destroyed or created.

Bhagavad Gita mentioned the Cosmos which is responsible for the creation of the Origin of the universe. After several years of discoveries, it was proved that the sun, moon, planets, and other parts of the universe are the version of the Gita. Einstein proposed the theory of relativity on cosmology under the influence of the Bhagavad Gita.

Einstein’s Mass-Energy Equivalence

Einstein’s popular equation of mass-energy equivalence is also inspired by Bhagavad Gita. The mass-energy equivalence states that the universal proportionality factor between the equivalent amount of energy and mass is equal to the square of the speed of light. The equation is E=mc^2

Lord Krishna in Bhagavad Gita stated that the soul can neither be created nor destroyed. It can transfer from one body to another body.

In the Gita, it was said that the soul can never be cut into pieces by any weapon, nor can be burnt by fire, nor moistened by water, nor withered by the wind. It just leaves the body and finds a new body.

So we can understand that the soul is nothing but energy. The form of energy can be changed from one form to another. After several years there is scientific evidence that energy can neither be created nor be destroyed from these sayings.
