Odisha girl, 18-year-old Sriya Lenka has now joined Blackswan. Sriya Lenka joined Blackswan as the fifth member after becoming the winner of the DR Music auditions.

Sriya Lenka was last selected for the final stage of training in Seoul to become a member of Blackswan. After the Heyne left the group in November the hunt for the news final member started a Youtube audition program. Indian teen Sriya Lenka along with Gabriela Dalcin from Brazil was selected from 4000 applicants.
On Thursday DR Music introduced Lenka and Dalcin was officially announced as part of the Cygnus project.

Sriya told Talk Talk Korea last year that she had been dancing since kindergarten but she began training seriously when she was 12 years old. The rising K-pop star studied Odissi, an Indian classical dance, while she has been learning freestyle, hip-hop, and contemporary dance to become “a versatile dancer.”
An 18-year-old, Shreya Lenka was born in Rourkela in Jharsuguda district in Odisha in 2003. She is an Odissi classical trained dancer and is trained in Hindustani classical music, too. She is also a Yoga practitioner. She also did her dance training under Madan Mohan Purty, who won the BoogieWoogie Hip Hop in 2009.
