Hyderabad: Hello to all travelers and visitors. There is good news for all who love traveling across the world. The popular and beautiful country Vietnam, which is known for its stunning mountains and pristine beaches is now just four hours away from Hyderabad, yes you heard it right. The GMR Hyderabad is all set to launch its direct flights Vietjet Airline between Hyderabad and three cities in Vietnam in the next few months meanwhile from October.

The Vietjet Airline will be offering three direct flights from Hyderabad to these cities, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, and Da Nang and making RGIA (Rajiv Gandhi International Airport) the first airport in South India. The maiden flights of Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, and Da Nang are ready to fly in the sky on 7th October, 9th October, and 29th November respectively. Each flight will operate between Rajiv Gandhi International Airport and the Vietnamese cities four times a week.

The CEO of GHIAL (GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited) Pradeep Panicker said, now Indian travelers are ready to explore. Vietjet new direct flight services connecting Hyderabad with Vietnam will not only boost the tranquility of tourism but also facilitate trade and commerce to stimulate businesses across sectors. The route would give a beautiful and memorable experience to travelers who are looking for it.

The Vietjet commercial director, Jay L Lingeswara, said there was an overwhelming response from Indian travelers and they are very excited for this, that the airline would be expanding its India-Vietnam flight network by 17 routes by the end of this year. Hyderabadi people will be going to experience the magic of Vietnam while also it is being a bridge to Southeast and Northeast Asian destinations.

Vietnam’s major economic sector is Tourism development. Well, thanks to the online application system, an online visa application it is now easier for Indian citizens to visit Vietnam. Additionally, keeping the Covid-19 pandemic in mind, over 3.5 lakh international visitors visited Vietnam in July, an increase of 49 % compared to the previous month.
