Narkuti Deepthi from Hyderabad has secured a job at Microsoft with an annual salary of Rs 2 crore. Deepthi, a native of Hyderabad, has recently been selected for a job as a software engineer at the multinational tech giant, Microsoft. She will join the company`s headquarters in Seattle, US.
Deepthi is the only one to receive the highest annual salary package among the 300 students selected during a campus placement interview at the University of Florida.
Deepthi completed her postgraduate studies in MS (Computer) from the University of Florida this month. Even before finishing the course on 2 May; she received several offers from AAA-rated companies in the US.
During the campus interviews of various companies, Deepthi also got job offers from Amazon and Goldman and Sachs apart from Microsoft.
Deepti was selected as a Software Development Engineer (SDE) Grade-2 category at Microsoft, a position she accepted. Deepthi started her job in Seattle on May 18.
