Sapna Gill is a social media influencer and the complaint has been filed against her under sections 34, 120B, 146, 148, 149, 323, 324, 351, 354, and 509 of the Indian Penal code. Prithvi Shaw and Sapna gill had hit an argument, Sapna gill and her friend Shobhit Thakur after the player refused to click selfies with them. Sapna was arrested for this incident that happened a few days ago on Friday, and it was Prithivi who hit her.
Meanwhile, Sapna was arrested and her friend Shobhit and the other six were also booked on the charge of rioting and extortion. According to the reports, the Oshiwara police said that the case has been registered against the accused and seven others under Indian Penal Code sections 143, 148, 506, and other offenses. Moreover, when Prithvi Shaw came out, the accused followed their car and started arguing with them again, after those people pushed and broke the glass of the car while attacking. And when the matter spread, the miscreants gathered a crowd and asked for a settlement of Rs. 50000 INR.
But there is no complaint filed against Prithvi and his associates, but if needed then he will be called for further questioning, and the investigating officer will decide the further things.
The complaint was filed against Sapna Gill under those sections, 34 (criminal act with common intention), 120B (criminal conspiracy), 146 (rioting), 148 (rioting with armed weapons), 149 (unlawful assembly offence committed in prosecution), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 324 (voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons), 351 (use of criminal force), 354 (outrage of modesty) and 509 (advantage of proximity, gesture to outrage modesty) of the Indian Penal code.
