Hyderabad: Varun Teja starrer Ghani all set to hit screens on 8th of April this friday while the movie makers have opted for regular ticket pricing model rather than the fancy high rates.
Though few media outlets speculated Varun Tej’s Ghani have gone for an overtly costly ticket pricing model of Rs 300+ in multiplexes across Telangana. But the latest we hear is that Ghani is following the right ticket pricing model in Telangana. The makers and distributors aren’t getting greedy to avail the full quota of ticket pricing model and fhey are instead going for the feasible model of Rs 200+ GST.This would mean that Ghani’s tickets in multiplexes will cost Rs 200+ GST wile the tickets at single screens are priced at Rs 150+ GST.
Not so long ago, RRR had Rs 395+ ticket pricing model but it has the backing of Rajamouli, Ram Charan, and Jr NTR so the high pricing model worked out. But it is not wise for other films to go after this model as it will result in depletion in footfalls.
The makers of Ghani appear to have understood the same and they have gone for a feasible pricing model in Telangana, which is a wise move in order to attract the audience to the theatres in big numbers.
Ghani is is set for theatrical release on the 8th of April. The boxing drama has Varun tej, Saiee Manjrekar, Upendra and Suniel Shetty in the lead roles and is directed by debutant Kiran Korrapati.
