In the evening time, tea with snacks makes your day more beautiful, right? Even not just in India, tea lovers are from across the globe. Even some people are that much fond of tea if you ask them for tea, they will always say Yes, anytime in the day. If you eat acidic food with tea, it will reduce the number of antioxidants in your body and will not absorb them properly.
  3. Sweet things– generally people consider taking sweet things with tea, like biscuits, cakes, sweets, and chocolates but they should avoid eating with tea, as it can be harmful to the body. These things are good if you consume them separately but not good with the tea. If you consume them with tea, it will increase the level of sugar in your blood and can lead to diabetes. In case, you are a diabetes patient then it will work as poison. This can also lower the energy level and lead to many health problems.
  4. Fried Foods– we know that fried foods are not good for our health and eating this food with tea can be more harmful. Fired food is very difficult to digest and eating this food can make you feel dull and inactive, loss of energy. Tea can help in digestion but consuming tea with fried food would be dangerous and can disturb your digestive system.
  5. Dairy products– Taking dairy products like milk, paneer or cream, etc. along with tea can neutralize the polyphenols, which are generally found in tea. However, this effect is less seen in black tea. Do remember to not take any dairy products when consuming tea.
