Lovlina said she is constantly being harassed due to the removal of her coaches. The continuous expel of her coaches, who had helped her in winning the Olympics medal, is affecting her training process and competition. One of her coaches Sandhya Gurungji, who is a Dronacharya awardee, Both of her coaches have to plead thousand times, even in training camps, before they are included at the last moment. Currently, my coach Sandhya Gurungji is not even in the Commonwealth Games, as she still has not received the entry, and her training has been stopped just 8 days before the games. And her second coach has also been sent back to India.

Lovlina further said, even after requesting them so much, this is still happening, and this caused her extreme mental harassment, and she is unable to understand how she will focus on the commonwealth games if this is happening. This is the reason why her performance was not up to the mark in the last World Championships. She further added, that this time she doesn’t want this politics to ruin her Commonwealth Games chances.

She said in the end, hopefully, she breaks down this politics and bring a medal for the country.
