When his co-passenger asked him for a photograph, Ratan Tata agreed to it very readily.

A young lady in the comment section has commented Congratulations Chhotu with a heart emoji. Soon the comment section was full of Criticism. Some people said that it was disrespectful and others said it was shameful. The young lady soon deleted the comment after receiving a lot of negative feedback.

The very next day Ratan Tata being a humble person saved the women from trolls posting “A very innocent young lady had posted her sentiments yesterday and called me a kid in one of the comments. She was bullied and disrespected for that and she deleted the tweet. I appreciate and respect the heartfelt note that the young lady had left me and hope she will not refrain from posting again.” He then further continued saying that there is a child in each one of us and requested everyone to treat that young lady with respect.
