Covid-19 : 10 Lakh People Recovered From COVID-19 Globally
The coronavirus has claimed more than 234,392 worldwide so far, but the total number of COVID-19 recovery cases has crossed 10 lakh mark . As many as 1,049,259 people have been recovered globally from the coronavirus disease.
In the wake of the novel coronavirus spreading its deadly wings across the world, a piece of good news erupted giving us hope that we might win over the COVID 19 pandemic.
The data collected by Hopkins University stated that the US has seen more than 153,000 people recover from the deadly illness, followed by Germany and Spain with 123,000 and 112,000 recoveries respectively.
Talking about India the positive cases stood at 35,043 with 1,993 cases reported in the past 24 hours. The toll of COVID-19 deaths in the country stood at 1,147 with the fresh 73 deaths in the last 24 hours.
Maharashtra continues to be the worst-hit state in the country with the positive cases in the state reached 10,498 making it the first ever state in India to surpass the 10,000-mark.
The COVID 19 fatalities in Maharashtra reached 459 with the 15 fresh deaths of the virus reported in the past 24 hours.
